Tara Minerals Corp. will generate significant available cash from the sale of lead, zinc, silver, and gold concentrate, from its producing Don Roman mine and mill, located in Choix, Mexico. Long-term shareholder value will be created as this capital is deployed to increase throughput, enhance resources, further outline new discoveries/targets, and acquire additional strategic assets. Tara’s strength in recognizing value early and strategy of reducing risk through a foundation of cash Tow, positions it for low-risk value creation.

Tara’s management has proven its ability to recognize value early, gain access and acquire projects on terms that give Tara the ability to assess various options to advance each project.

In some cases, Tara will advance projects by sharing financial risk with mutually beneficial partnerships while retaining a healthy percentage of future cash flow. In other cases, Tara may utilize its own capital to put low-cost, high-yield properties into production, retain 100% interest and leverage the cash flow to acquire additional properties.
